Returns

We hope that you will be thrilled with your purchase.  In the event of you needing to return it, please contact us for an RMA number at customersupport@c2caliclean.com.  Returns should be made within 7 days and products containers should be included in the box. We do not pay for shipping charges associated with returns.

 

I RETURNED MY ORDER, WHERE IS MY REFUND?

C2 California Clean will issue a refund within 14 business days of receiving and processing your returned order in our warehouse.

I RECEIVED DAMAGED PRODUCTS WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you receive products that were damaged in transit, please contact us right away and we will rectify as quickly as possible. Please email: customerservice@c2caliclean.com

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

When an order is placed on C2 California Clean we begin processing the order immediately, to ensure prompt delivery. We’re unable to cancel or change an order once it’s submitted.
