DIY Fall-Inspired, Pumpkin Face Masks You NEED to Try!

It’s October, which means corn mazes, pumpkin patches, and haunted houses are in full swing! While fall is a beautiful time of year, it can cause your skin some unwanted dryness and dullness. To help smooth and brighten your face, use pumpkin to make an awesome face mask! Here are four different recipes to try out:

Basic Pumpkin Mask –

1/4 cup of pumpkin

1 whole Egg

1/2 teaspoon of milk

Whisk together and apply to face. Leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse.

Pumpkin & Honey Mask –

1 tablespoon of canned pumpkin

1 teaspoon of honey

1/2 teaspoon of milk

Mix together all ingredients and apply to a clean face. Leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse.

Pumpkin & Oatmeal Mask – 

2 tablespoons of canned pumpkin puree

1 teaspoon of jojoba oil or almond oil

1 tablespoon of plain oatmeal

Combine ingredients in bowl and mix together. Apply to face for 15 minutes. Rinse.

Pumpkin & Almond Mask –  

1 cup of canned pumpkin

2 tablespoons of unflavored yogurt

2 tablespoons of honey

3 tablespoons of ground almonds

1/8 a teaspoon of olive oil

Wet face. Mix together ingredients and then apply to face. Leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse and moisturize skin.
